Return Policy

At Selena Comb™, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used combs cannot be returned.

Contact us at selenacomb21@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with an update.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send you a free replacement.
